* Elaboration of the filling:
Cream cheese
400 gr Milkissima condensed milk
2 eggs
120 ml of lemon juice

For the sauce, add all the ingredients and cook over medium heat for five minutes. then remove from the fire. Wait until the temperature drops and keep the liquid.

In the oven at medium temperature, you can prepare the dough. Use another container to store butter and sugar, mix until you get foam. Then add the yolk and flour without stopping to beat.

For the preparation of the cake, you can place the dough in a container, pressing until covering the bottom of the mold. Use a baking time of 14 minutes maximum or until browning, remove from the oven.

For the filling you can use a bowl: Place the cream cheese and beat until smooth; Add Milkissima Condensed Milk, eggs and lemon juice until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Finally, pour it in the reserved mold on the dough for a time of 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and serve.
